Vintage Tearoom

Vintage Tearoom is a guide for the vintage clothing shops in The Netherlands.
The website was built on top of the Wordpress CMS.
The theme/layout was conceived especially for the website and it implied some customisation in the Wordpress engine.
Almost all the photos on the website are done by me.

Cinefan.ro is one of the most important movie websites from Romania. It has around 4000-6000 weekly visitors.
The database contains 6500 movies, 38.500 actors and almost 3000 news items. It is daily updated.
All the movies and the actors are connected so the user experience has a seamless flow.
Cinefan.ro also contains cinema schedules (nationwide), box office classaments and contests.
All this content is managed from a CMS written from scratch by me more than 4 years ago. The website continues to function succesfully to this day.

CarTalk NAW Selector

This online application is addressed to garages and auto industry companies from The Netherlands.
It offers access to potential clients through a 7 steps wizard process. The application is backed by a database with more than 4 million valid and accurate addresses.
NAW Selector was developed together with another programmer, under the direction of a project manager at my current employer, A2SP. I was mostly in charge with the user interface creation and its implementation and also I was involved in developing many of the website's functionalities.
NAW Selector is a pay per service website so I will display a gallery of screenshots and some of my Balsamiq sketches.

Workshop Organiser is a management program aimed to be used by garages workers.
The application was written in Flex while I was working at the Dutch company Vivid Automotive.
I was in charge with the front end design and its developement and also with a part of the functionalities. On this project I worked together with another colleague.

Photography
Analog photography maintains for me a sort of magic due to its unpredictibility and dreamy colours.
For the photos in the near gallery I used cheap, analog cameras. The limitation was a challenge itself.
But all of this was a good way to learn what makes a photo to be good.

This website lists US patents from 1976 till today, ordered by date and inventor. Also for paying users it offers PDFs with patents data.
My work in this project involved recoding the whole website in Symfony framework.
Also I was involved in writing the scripts that were reading and downloading the patents data from US Patent and Trademark Office.
